What Goes in a Lifeguard First Aid Kit

A fully stocked aquatic first aid station should include: CPR resuscitation mask, nitrile gloves, sterile bandaging, medical tape, SAM splints, emergency blanket, blood-borne pathogen cleanup supplies, and written emergency action plan summary. AED and backboard should be co-located with the first aid station.
