Aquamentor 40" Lifeguard Chair - Recycled HDPE
SKU:AM-LGC-40
The Aquamentor 40" Lifeguard Chair is a compact, portable lifeguard station for smaller pools, spray grounds, and facilities where a full-height tower would be impractical. At a 40-inch seat height it lifts the guard to an effective scanning elevation above the deck while staying light enough to reposition between zones by hand.
The recycled HDPE frame is rigid and stable like heavy lumber, but it will not rust, splinter, or rot the way wood and painted-steel chairs do. There is no painting, sealing, or rust treatment to budget for, so the only real ownership cost is the chair itself. It stays clean through a full competitive season and stores easily in the off-season.
Ideal applications
- Compact indoor pools and lap pools
- Spray grounds and splash pads
- Temporary or multi-location lifeguard deployments
- Facilities that need a lightweight, repositionable chair
Construction
- Frame: Recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Handles like heavy wood lumber but will not rust, rot, splinter, warp, or need refinishing.
- Hardware: 316L marine-grade stainless steel throughout, the same alloy specified for coastal marine and saltwater-pool environments.
- Sustainability: Made from post-consumer recycled HDPE, which keeps plastic out of landfills and oceans.
- Maintenance: None required over the chair's service life.
- Made in the USA by Aquamentor in Garwood, NJ, family-owned since 1983.
